Request to Surrender Your Dog

While our goal is to keep dogs with their families whenever possible, we understand that it is not always possible. If you have found yourself in this position, please complete a surrender request application for our review. We would love to take in all dogs in need, but we are a strictly foster based rescue and we can only take in dogs as we have open foster space.

If you purchased your dog from a breeder or adopted your dog from a shelter/rescue, please contact them first to allow them the chance to take their dog back.
